여권법 시행령 제29조(예외적 여권 사용 등의 허가)

1. 법 제17조제1항 본문에 따른 여권의 사용제한 등(이하 "여권사용제한 등"이라 한다)의 조치 당시 대상 국가나 지역의 영주권 또는 이에 준하는 권리를 취득한 사람으로서 그 대상 국가나 지역을 생활근거지로 하여 계속 영주하기 위함이 명백히 인정되는 경우
