여권법 시행령 제35조(회의 및 의사)

① 협의회의 회의는 법 제18조제1항에 따른 심의사항이 있을 때 위원장이 소집한다. 다만, 회의를 소집할 시간적 여유가 없거나 그 밖에 위원장이 특별히 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 서면 심의를 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.9.27>

② 협의회는 필요한 경우 소관 심의사항에 관하여 관계 전문가 및 이해관계자를 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다. <개정 2023.9.27>

③ 협의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 협의회의 의결로서 의사ㆍ의결정족수를 강화하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2023.9.27>

④ 분과협의회의 회의는 분과위원장이 소집하며, 그 밖의 회의 및 의사 절차는 협의회의 절차를 준용한다. <개정 2023.9.27>

⑤ 이 영에 규정된 것 외에 협의회의 회의 및 의사와 관련하여 필요한 사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다. <개정 2023.9.27>
