여성기업지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(여성기업 확인 등)

① 법 제20조의2제1항에 따라 여성기업 확인을 신청하려는 자는 별지 제1호서식의 여성기업 확인 신청서에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 첨부하여 「중소기업제품 구매촉진 및 판로지원에 관한 법률」 제25조에 따른 중소기업제품 공공구매 종합정보망(이하 "구매정보망"이라 한다)을 통하여 중소벤처기업부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2019.10.22>

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 중소벤처기업부장관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서(법인인 경우만 해당한다) 및 사업자등록증을 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 신청인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 사업자등록증 사본을 제출하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 중소벤처기업부장관은 여성기업에 해당하는지 여부를 확인하기 위하여 서면조사 및 현장조사를 실시할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>

④ 중소벤처기업부장관은 법 제20조의2제2항 전단에 따른 조사ㆍ검토 결과 여성기업이 아닌 것으로 확인한 경우에는 그 사유를 명시하여 신청자에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 여성기업의 확인에 필요한 사항은 중소벤처기업부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
