Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of Special Research and Development Zones, Article 26 (Completion Inspection)

① 사업시행자는 법 제32조제1항에 따라 준공검사를 받으려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 준공검사신청서를 작성하여 진흥재단과 협의한 후 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다.

④ 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따른 준공검사 신청을 받았을 때에는 준공검사 일정을 정하여 준공검사 신청 내용에 포함된 공공시설을 인수하거나 관리하게 될 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 검사일 5일 전까지 통보하여야 하며, 준공검사에 참여하려는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 준공검사일 전날까지 참여를 요청하여야 한다.

⑤ 시ㆍ도지사는 준공검사를 한 후 특구개발사업이 법 제27조에 따라 승인받거나 변경승인받은 실시계획대로 준공된 경우에는 사업시행자에게 준공검사확인증을 발급하고 다음 각 호의 사항을 공고하여야 한다.
