옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제26조(광고물등 자율관리구역의 지정 등)

① 법 제4조의2제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 지역"이란 법 제3조제1항 각 호의 지역을 말한다.

② 제1항에 따른 지역의 일정한 구역 내의 토지 또는 건물의 소유자ㆍ지상권자ㆍ임차권자(이하 "토지소유자등"이라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 협정(이하 "자율관리협정"이라 한다)을 체결하여 시장등에게 법 제4조의2에 따른 광고물등 자율관리구역(이하 "자율관리구역"이라 한다)의 지정을 신청할 수 있다.

③ 시장등은 제2항에 따라 자율관리구역의 지정 신청을 받은 경우에는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 자율관리구역 지정 여부를 결정하여야 한다.

④ 시장등은 제3항에 따라 자율관리구역을 지정하였을 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고시하여야 한다.

(4) Where웨어 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si,시 etc.엣세터^r러 has해즈 designated데지그네이티드 a어 self-managed셀^f프-매니지드 zone존 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3), the^ð더 head헤드 shall섈 publicly퍼블리클리 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

⑤ 자율관리협정은 그 협정을 체결한 토지소유자등에게만 효력이 미친다.

(5) The^ð더 self-management셀^f프-매너지먼트 agreement어그^r리먼트 is이즈 binding바인딩 only온리 on안 the^ð더 landowners,랜도우너즈 etc.엣세터^r러 who후 concluded컨클루디드 it.잇

⑥ 주민협의회는 자율관리협정의 내용을 변경하려는 경우에는 그 전원의 합의로 시장등에게 자율관리구역의 변경지정을 신청하여야 한다. 이 경우 제3항 및 제4항을 준용한다.

⑦ 제3항에 따라 고시된 자율관리구역 내의 토지소유자등으로서 자율관리협정 체결자가 아닌 자는 주민협의회에 의사를 표시하고 자율관리협정에 가입할 수 있으며, 주민협의회는 그 가입 요청을 거절할 수 없다.

(7) Landowners,랜도우너즈 etc.엣세터^r러 within위^ð딘 a어 self-managed셀^f프-매니지드 zone존 publicly퍼블리클리 notified노우터^f파이드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) who후 are아 not낫 parties파티즈 to투 the^ð더 self-management셀^f프-매너지먼트 agreement어그^r리먼트 may메이 express익스프^r레스 their^ð데어 intention인텐천 to투 the^ð더 residents'^r레지던츠 council카운슬 and앤드 join조인 the^ð더 self-management셀^f프-매너지먼트 agreement,어그^r리먼트 and앤드 the^ð더 residents'^r레지던츠 council카운슬 may메이 not낫 refuse^r러^f퓨즈 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 to투 join.조인

⑧ 시장등은 법 제4조의2제4항에 따라 자율관리구역의 지정을 취소하려는 경우에는 주민협의회의 의견을 들은 후 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
