옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제44조(옥외광고사업의 등록기준 및 등록절차)

① 법 제11조제1항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기술능력과 시설 등"이란 별표 6의 기술능력 및 시설기준을 말한다.

② 법 제11조제1항에 따라 옥외광고사업을 등록하려는 자는 별지 제7호서식의 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 시장등에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.6>

③ 시장등은 제2항에 따른 신청서를 받은 경우에는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 별표 6에 따른 국가기술자격 취득자의 국가기술자격취득사항확인서를 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 신청인이 그 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 사본을 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2019.4.30>

④ 시장등은 제2항에 따른 등록 신청이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 등록을 해주어야 한다.

⑤ 시장등은 제4항에 따라 등록을 해주었으면 별지 제8호서식의 등록증을 신청인에게 발급하여야 하며, 옥외광고사업자는 등록증을 영업장 안에 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.6>
