옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(변경허가 및 변경신고의 절차)

① 법 제3조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따라 광고물등의 표시 허가를 받은 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 같은 항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 시장등의 허가를 받아야 한다. 다만, 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정하는 광고물등의 경우에는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 시장등에게 신고하고 광고내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 전광류를 사용하는 광고물 또는 디지털광고물의 경우에는 허가 또는 신고 없이 광고내용을 변경할 수 있다. <개정 2016.7.6, 2021.5.4>

② 제1항에 따라 변경허가를 받으려는 자는 별지 제1호서식의 신청서에 변경사항에 관한 제7조제1항 각 호의 서류 및 도서를 첨부하여 시장등에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 광고내용만을 변경하려는 경우에는 그 광고내용을 알 수 있는 원색사진 또는 원색도안을 첨부한다. <개정 2015.12.31>

③ 법 제3조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따라 광고물등의 표시 허가를 받은 자는 본인 또는 법 제10조에 따른 광고물 관리자의 주소 또는 성명(법인인 경우에는 그 명칭, 주된 사무소의 소재지 및 대표자의 성명)이 변경되었을 때에는 변경된 날부터 15일 이내에 별지 제3호서식의 신고서에 변경내용을 확인할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 시장등에게 신고해야 한다. <개정 2021.5.4>

④ 법 제3조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따라 광고물등의 표시 신고를 한 자는 제1항 각 호의 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 법 제3조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에 따라 시장등에게 신고해야 한다. 다만, 건물의 벽면에 표시하는 현수막(벽면의 게시시설을 이용하는 것을 포함한다)의 광고내용은 신고 없이 변경할 수 있다. <개정 2021.5.4>

⑤ 제4항 본문에 따라 신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제1호서식의 신고서에 제7조제2항에 따른 서류 및 도서와 신고증명서를 첨부하여 시장등에게 제출하여야 한다.

⑥ 시장등은 제1항부터 제5항까지의 규정에 따라 변경허가를 하거나 변경신고를 수리하였을 때에는 변경된 내용을 반영하여 허가증 또는 신고증명서를 새로 발급하여야 한다.
