우편법 시행규칙 제81조(우표류 판매업무계약의 해지)

Enforcement Rule of the Postal Services Act, Article 81 (Termination of Contracts on the Business of Selling Stamps and Similar Items)

① 계약우체국장은 국내판매인이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 그 계약을 해지할 수 있다. <개정 2014.12.4, 2024.7.24>

(1) The^ð더 contracting칸트^r랙팅 postmaster포우스트매스터 may메이 terminate터머네잇 the^ð더 contract칸트^r랙트 where웨어 a어 domestic더메스틱 seller셀러 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 제71조제1항제1호에 따른 계약을 위반한 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 seller셀러 has해즈 violated^v바이얼레이티드 the^ð더 contract칸트^r랙트 under언더 Article아터클 71 (1) 1;

2. 제71조의2제1항에 따른 자격요건에 미달하게 된 경우

2. Where웨어 the^ð더 seller셀러 no노우 longer롱거 meets밋츠 the^ð더 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 requirements^r리콰이어먼츠 under언더 Article아터클 71-2 (1);

3. 제76조의2제1항에 따른 정가를 위반하여 우표류를 판매한 경우

② 우정사업본부장은 국내보급인 또는 국외보급인이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 계약을 해지할 수 있다. <개정 2014.12.4>

1. 제71조제1항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 계약을 위반한 경우
