원자력손해배상 보상계약에 관한 법률 제5조(보상계약금액)

보상계약의 계약금액(이하 "보상계약금액"이라 한다)은 배상조치액에 해당하는 금액으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 금액으로 한다. 다만, 원자력사업자가 원자력손해에 대한 손해배상조치로서 보험계약 및 보상계약 외의 다른 조치를 하고 있거나 다른 보상계약을 체결하고 있는 경우에는 그 조치 또는 보상계약에 의하여 원자력손해의 배상에 충당할 수 있는 금액을 뺀 금액으로 한다.
