유료도로관리권등록령 제37조(등록의 기재사항)

①표시란에 등록을 할 때에는 신청서 접수의 연월일, 등록의 목적 기타 신청서에 게기한 사항으로서 유료도로관리권의 표시에 관한 것을 기재하고 등록공무원이 날인하여야 한다.

②사항란에 등록을 할 때에는 신청서 접수의 연월일, 접수번호, 등록권리자의 성명 또는 명칭, 주소 또는 사무소, 등록원인과 그 연월일, 등록의 목적 기타 신청서에 게기한 사항으로서 등록할 권리에 관한 것을 기재하고, 등록공무원이 날인하여야 한다.

③제33조의 신청이 있는 경우에 등록을 할 때에는 제2항의 규정에 의하는 외에 사항란에 채권자의 성명 또는 명칭, 주소 또는 사무소와 대위원인을 기재하여야 한다.
