유아교육법 제10조(유치원규칙)

①유치원의 장(유치원을 설립하는 경우에는 해당 유치원을 설립하려는 자를 말한다. 이하 "원장"이라 한다)은 법령의 범위에서 유치원규칙을 제정하거나 개정할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.24, 2013.3.23, 2016.5.29>

②유치원규칙의 기재사항 및 제정절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
