유아교육법 시행령 제22조의10(심의결과의 시행 등)

① 국립ㆍ공립 유치원의 장은 해당 운영위원회의 심의결과를 최대한 존중하여야 하며, 그 심의결과와 다르게 시행하려는 경우에는 해당 운영위원회와 관할청에 서면으로 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2020.4.7>

② 국립ㆍ공립 유치원의 장은 운영위원회의 심의를 거치는 경우 교육활동 및 유치원 운영에 중대한 차질이 발생할 우려가 있거나 천재지변, 그 밖의 불가항력의 사유로 운영위원회를 소집할 여유가 없을 때에는 법 제19조의4제1항 각 호의 사항을 운영위원회의 심의를 거치지 않고 시행할 수 있다. <신설 2020.4.7>
