응급의료에 관한 법률 제38조(부정행위에 대한 제재)

① 부정한 방법으로 응급구조사시험에 응시한 사람 또는 응급구조사시험에서 부정행위를 한 사람에 대하여는 그 수험을 정지시키거나 합격을 무효로 한다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따라 수험이 정지되거나 합격이 무효로 된 사람에 대하여 처분의 사유와 위반 정도 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 다음에 치러지는 응급구조사시험 응시를 3회의 범위에서 제한할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.29>
