의료법 제29조(설립 허가 등)

①중앙회를 설립하려면 대표자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정관과 그 밖에 필요한 서류를 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여 설립 허가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

②중앙회의 정관에 적을 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
