의료법 제58조의11(의료기관평가인증원의 설립 등)

① 의료기관 인증에 관한 업무와 의료기관을 대상으로 실시하는 각종 평가 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 의료기관평가인증원(이하 "인증원"이라 한다)을 설립한다.

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Institute인스터툿 for^f포 Healthcare헬^θ스케어 Accreditation어크^r레더테이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Institute")인스터툿 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 perform퍼^f폼 work워크 related^r릴레이티드 to투 medical메더클 institution인스티투션 accreditation어크^r레더테이션 and앤드 various^v베^r리어스 evaluations이^v밸류에이션즈 of어^v브 medical메더클 institutions.인스티투션즈

② 인증원은 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

(2) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 work:워크

③ 인증원은 법인으로 하고, 주된 사무소의 소재지에 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 인증원에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원과 필요한 직원을 둔다.

(4) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 have해^v브 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 necessary네서세^r리 staff스태^f프 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑤ 보건복지부장관은 인증원의 운영 및 사업에 필요한 경비를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 may메이 subsidize서브시다이즈 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 projects프^r라젝츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Institute인스터툿 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓

⑥ 인증원은 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아 의료기관 인증을 신청한 의료기관의 장으로부터 인증에 소요되는 비용을 징수할 수 있다.

(6) With위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare,웰^f페어 the^ð디 Institute인스터툿 may메이 collect컬렉트 the^ð더 costs카스츠 required^r리콰이어드 for^f포 accreditation어크^r레더테이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 medical메더클 institution인스티투션 that^ð댓 has해즈 applied어플라이드 for^f포 medical메더클 institution인스티투션 accreditation.어크^r레더테이션

⑦ 인증원은 제2항에 따른 업무 수행에 지장이 없는 범위에서 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육, 컨설팅 등 수익사업을 할 수 있다.

(7) The^ð디 Institute인스터툿 may메이 conduct칸덕트 profit-making프^r라^f핏-메이킹 projects,프^r라젝츠 such서치 as애즈 education에저케이션 and앤드 consulting,컨설팅 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare,웰^f페어 to투 the^ð디 extent익스텐트 that^ð댓 they^ð데이 do두 not낫 interfere인터^f피어 with위^ð드 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 the^ð더 work워크 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

⑧ 인증원에 관하여 이 법 및 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 사항 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
