의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(임용일자)

① 의무경찰의 신규채용일 및 퇴직일은 각각 「병역법」 제25조제1항에 따른 전환복무된 날짜 및 전환복무의 해제일자와 같은 날짜로 한다.

② 「병역법」 제25조제1항에 따라 전환복무된 사람 중 경찰대학을 졸업하고 경위로 임용된 사람의 의무경찰대원 임용일 및 복무기간만료일은 각각 「병역법」 제25조제1항에 따른 전환복무된 날짜 및 전환복무의 해제일자와 같은 날짜로 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 「병역법」 제25조제3항에 따라 전환복무기간이 연장된 의무경찰의 복무기간만료일은 그 연장된 기간의 만료일로 한다.
