의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제23조(점호)

①의무경찰대는 경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장이 정하는 바에 따라 점호부를 비치하고 대원의 일일업무수행의 만전을 기하기 위한 인원의 점검과 그 상태, 명령 및 회보의 하달, 지시사항 및 관련 규정의 이행, 청소정돈, 개인장비의 보존과 손실상태 등을 검사한다. <개정 1991.7.30, 1996.8.8, 2014.11.19, 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26>

②제1항의 점호부를 비치한 때에는 「경찰공무원 복무규정」에 의한 근무상황카드는 이를 비치하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2005.6.13>
