Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Conscripted Police Units, Article 33 (Removal from Position)

① 임용권자는 의무경찰이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 직위를 해제할 수 있다. <개정 2015.11.20>

(1) The^ð디 appointing어포인팅 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 may메이 remove^r리무^v브 conscripted컨스크^r립티드 police펄리스 from^f프^r럼 their^ð데어 positions퍼지션즈 where웨어 they^ð데이 fall^f폴 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 직무수행능력이 부족하거나 근무성적이 현저히 나쁜 경우

2. 징계의결이 요구 중인 경우

② 임용권자는 제1항에 따라 직위해제한 의무경찰이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 지체 없이 직위를 부여해야 한다. <개정 2015.11.20, 2020.12.29>

1. 제1항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 직위해제된 후 그 사유가 소멸된 경우
