자동차손해배상 보장법 제39조의17(이해관계자의 의무 등)

① 자율주행자동차의 제작자등은 제작ㆍ조립ㆍ수입ㆍ판매하고자 하는 자율주행자동차에 대통령령으로 정하는 자율주행과 관련된 정보를 기록할 수 있는 자율주행정보 기록장치를 부착하여야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 manufacturer,매뉴^f팩처^r러 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 an앤 autonomous오타너머스 vehicle^v비히클 shall섈 install,인스톨 in인 the^ð디 autonomous오타너머스 vehicle^v비히클 it잇 intends인텐즈 to투 manufacture,매뉴^f팩처 assemble,어셈블 import,임포트 or오 sell,셀 an앤 autonomous오타너머스 driving드^r라이^v빙 information인^f퍼메이션 recording^r러코딩 device디^v바이스 that^ð댓 can캔 record^r러코드 information인^f퍼메이션 related^r릴레이티드 to투 autonomous오타너머스 driving드^r라이^v빙 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

② 자율주행자동차사고의 통보를 받거나 인지한 보험회사등은 사고조사위원회에 사고 사실을 지체 없이 알려야 한다.

(2) An앤 insurance인슈^r런스 company,컴퍼니 etc.엣세터^r러 that^ð댓 has해즈 been빈 notified노우터^f파이드 of어^v브 or오 has해즈 become비컴 aware어웨어 of어^v브 an앤 autonomous오타너머스 vehicle^v비히클 accident액서던트 shall섈 inform인^f폼 the^ð디 Accident액서던트 Investigation인^v베스터게이션 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð디 accident액서던트 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

③ 자율주행자동차의 보유자는 자율주행정보 기록장치에 기록된 내용을 1년의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 동안 보관하여야 한다. 이 경우 자율주행정보 기록장치 또는 자율주행정보 기록장치에 기록된 내용을 훼손해서는 아니 된다.

④ 자율주행자동차사고로 인한 피해자, 해당 자율주행자동차의 제작자등 또는 자율주행자동차사고로 인하여 피해자에게 보험금등을 지급한 보험회사등은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 사고조사위원회에 대하여 사고조사위원회가 확보한 자율주행정보 기록장치에 기록된 내용 및 분석ㆍ조사 결과의 열람 및 제공을 요구할 수 있다.

⑤ 제4항에 따른 열람 및 제공에 드는 비용은 청구인이 부담하여야 한다.
