자원의 절약과 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제33조(재활용지정사업자가 지켜야 하는 지침의 기본방침 등)

1. 재활용지정사업자 중 다음 각 목의 자에 대해서는 재활용 방안이 중점적으로 추진될 수 있도록 하고, 다음 각 목에 해당하지 않는 자에 대한 재활용 방안은 기업의 규모, 재활용시설 현황, 기술능력 및 재활용가능성 등을 고려하여 그 실정에 맞게 단계적으로 추진될 수 있도록 한다.

2. 재활용지정사업자가 재활용가능자원의 발생ㆍ수거량, 국내의 재활용기술 수준과 제품의 특성을 고려하여 법 제23조제1항에 따른 지침에서 정하는 재활용가능자원의 이용목표율과 효율적인 재활용방법ㆍ절차 등을 준수하도록 한다. 이 경우 재활용가능자원의 이용목표율은 관련 사업자단체의 의견을 들어 정하여야 한다.

3. 재활용지정사업자가 재활용가능자원의 이용목표율을 달성하기 위하여 이용계획을 작성하고, 그 실적을 기록ㆍ보존하도록 한다.

4. 재활용지정사업자가 수입되는 재활용가능자원을 사용하는 경우에는 국내에서 발생되는 재활용가능자원으로 대체하여 사용하도록 유도한다.
