Act on Designation and Operation of Free Trade Zones, Article 11 (Residence Contracts)

① 자유무역지역에 입주하여 사업을 하려는 자는 관리권자와 그 입주에 관한 계약(이하 "입주계약"이라 한다)을 체결하여야 한다. 입주계약을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2016.1.27>

② 제1항에 따른 입주계약을 체결할 때에 관리권자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자와 우선적으로 입주계약을 체결할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.27, 2021.12.28>

③ 관리권자는 제1항에 따라 입주계약을 체결하는 경우에는 입주 목적 달성을 위하여 필요한 조건을 붙일 수 있다. 그 조건은 공공의 이익을 증진하기 위하여 필요한 최소한도에 한하여야 하며, 부당한 의무를 부과하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2016.1.27>

④ 제1항에 따른 입주계약을 체결할 때 농림축산물을 원재료로 하는 제조업종ㆍ가공업종의 사업을 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 물품관리체계를 갖추고 그 자유무역지역을 관할하는 세관장과 사전 협의를 하여야 한다. <신설 2021.6.15>
