자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제23조(공장등의 건축 등에 관한 특례)

① 이 법을 적용할 때 공장등을 건축하는 자는 입주기업체가 사용할 공장등을 건축하는 계약을 체결한 경우에 그 계약의 이행에 필요한 범위에서 그 공장등을 입주기업체에 인도할 때까지는 입주기업체로 본다.

② 이 법을 적용할 때 공장등과 기계ㆍ기구 등의 설비를 임대 또는 분양하는 자는 이를 입주기업체에 임대 또는 분양하는 경우에 그 임대 또는 분양이 완료될 때까지는 입주기업체로 본다.

(2) In인 applying어플라이잉 this^ð디스 Act,액트 a어 person퍼슨 who후 leases리시즈 or오 sells셀즈 factories,^f팩터^r리즈 etc.엣세터^r러 and앤드 machinery,머쉬너^r리 instruments,인스트^r러먼츠 and앤드 other어^ð더 equipment이큅먼트 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 a어 resident^r레지던트 enterprise,엔터프^r라이즈 until언틸 the^ð더 lease리스 or오 sale세일 is이즈 completed,컴플리티드 when웬 leasing리싱 or오 selling셀링 them^ð뎀 to투 a어 resident^r레지던트 enterprise.엔터프^r라이즈

③ 자유무역지역에서 공장등을 건축하는 경우에 「건축법」을 적용할 때에는 "특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사" 또는 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"을 각각 "관리권자"로 본다. <개정 2016.1.27>

④ 관리권자는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 「부동산 거래신고 등에 관한 법률」 제3조제1항 및 제8조제3항에도 불구하고 외국인투자기업을 대신하여 그 신고를 대행할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2016.1.27>
