장애인복지법 시행령 제2조(장애의 종류 및 기준)

① 「장애인복지법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제2항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 장애의 종류 및 기준에 해당하는 자"란 별표 1에서 정한 사람을 말한다. <개정 2018.12.31>

② 장애의 정도는 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.12.31>
