Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety, Article 75-2 (Safety Officers)

① 재난관리책임기관의 장은 해당 기관의 재난 및 안전관리업무를 총괄하는 안전책임관 및 담당직원을 소속 공무원 또는 임직원 중에서 임명할 수 있다. <개정 2024.3.19>

② 안전책임관은 해당 기관의 재난 및 안전관리업무와 관련하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 담당한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 안전책임관의 임명 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
