전기용품 및 생활용품 안전관리법 시행령 제12조(안전확인신고의 면제)

1. 제8조제1항제1호부터 제4호까지에 해당하는 것

4. 그 밖에 사용 목적이 한정되어 불특정 다수인에게 판매하거나 대여하지 아니하는 것으로서 산업통상부장관이 법 제15조제1항에 따른 안전확인신고(이하 "안전확인신고"라 한다)를 받을 필요가 없다고 정하여 고시하는 것
