분쟁조정위원회의 위원은 자격정지 이상의 형을 선고받거나 심신상의 장애로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 경우 또는 제45조의4제1항의 사유에 해당함에도 회피하지 아니하는 경우를 제외하고는 그의 의사에 반하여 면직되거나 해촉되지 아니한다
