전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제43조(근무지 변경 공무원 등에 대한 지원)

① 통합특별시장(통합특별시의회 의장을 포함한다) 및 통합특별시교육감은 통합특별시 설치에 따라 원거리 지역으로 부임의 명을 받은 공무원ㆍ직원 또는 청사 소재지 이전에 따라 거주지를 이전하는 공무원ㆍ직원에 대하여 통합특별시조례로 정하는 바에 따라 이주지원비 등 지원대책을 마련하여 시행할 수 있다.
