Special Act on the Establishment of Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and the Creation of a Global Bio-Economy City, Article 18 (Formulation of the Basic Plan for the Agri-Bio Industry)

① 도지사는 농생명산업을 전북자치도의 특화산업으로 육성하고 국가적으로 거점화하기 위하여 5년마다 농생명산업 기본계획을 수립하여야 한다. 이 경우 도지사는 특화산업의 집적도 및 산업별 특성, 연계 효과, 지역환경을 고려하여야 한다.
