전자조달의 이용 및 촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(전자공개수의계약)

① 수요기관의 장 또는 계약담당자는 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제30조 또는 「지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제30조에 따라 2인 이상으로부터 견적서를 받아야 하는 수의계약에 대하여 전자조달시스템을 통하여 계약상대자를 결정할 경우에는 법 제7조에 따른 전자적 형태의 견적서(이하 "전자견적서"라 한다)의 제출에 필요한 사항을 분명하게 적어 전자조달시스템을 통하여 안내공고를 하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 전자견적서의 제출 및 안내공고에 관하여는 제4조와 제5조를 준용한다. 이 경우 제4조 중 "입찰공고문"은 "안내공고문"으로, 제5조 중 "전자입찰서"는 "전자견적서"로 본다.
