전통시장 및 상점가 육성을 위한 특별법 제4조(다른 법률과의 관계)

① 시장정비사업과 관련하여 이 법에서 정하지 아니한 사항은 「도시 및 주거환경정비법」 중 재개발사업에 관한 규정(같은 법 제63조 및 제65조를 포함한다)을 준용하고, 그 밖의 사항에 관하여는 같은 법 및 「집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률」의 관련 규정을 각각 준용한다. <개정 2017.2.8, 2023.3.28>

② 지방자치단체는 시장정비사업과 관련하여 이 법, 「도시 및 주거환경정비법」, 「주택법」, 「건축법」 및 「집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률」에서 규정한 범위에서 시행에 필요한 사항을 조례로 정할 수 있다.
