정보통신공사업법 시행령 제17조(첨부서류의 효력 및 신청서 등의 보완)

Enforcement Decree of the Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 17 (Validity of Attached Documents and Supplementation of Applications, etc.)

① 제16조제1항 각 호의 서류는 유효기간을 넘기지 아니한 것으로서 공사업 등록 신청일 전 30일 이내에 발행된 것이어야 한다. <개정 2008.12.31>
