정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제44조의20(분쟁의 조정)

① 제44조의18제1항의 사항에 관한 분쟁의 조정을 원하는 자는 심의위원회에 분쟁의 조정을 신청할 수 있다.

② 심의위원회는 제1항에 따른 분쟁의 조정 신청을 접수한 경우 분쟁조정부에 의뢰할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 분쟁의 조정을 의뢰받은 분쟁조정부는 신청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 심사하여 조정안을 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우에는 분쟁조정부의 의결로 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

④ 제3항 단서에 따라 기간을 연장한 경우에는 기간연장의 사유나 그 밖의 기간연장에 대한 사항을 당사자에게 알려야 한다.
