주식ㆍ사채 등의 전자등록에 관한 법률 제26조(새로 발행되는 주식등의 신규 전자등록에 따른 조치)

① 전자등록기관은 제25조에 따라 새로 발행되는 주식등의 신규 전자등록을 할 때 같은 조 제1항에 따른 신청 내용을 발행인관리계좌부에 기록하고 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 조치를 하여야 한다.
