주택법 제18조(사업계획의 통합심의 등)

Housing Act, Article 18 (Integrated Deliberation on Project Plans)

① 사업계획승인권자는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 도시계획ㆍ건축ㆍ환경ㆍ교통ㆍ재해 등 사업계획승인과 관련된 다음 각 호의 사항을 통합하여 검토 및 심의(이하 "통합심의"라 한다)할 수 있다. <개정 2026.2.3>

② 사업계획승인권자는 제15조제1항 또는 제3항에 따라 사업계획승인을 받으려는 자가 통합심의를 신청하는 경우 통합심의를 하여야 한다. 다만, 사업계획의 특성 및 규모 등으로 인하여 제1항 각 호 중 어느 하나에 대하여 통합심의가 적절하지 아니하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 사항을 제외하고 통합심의를 할 수 있다. <신설 2024.1.16>

③ 제15조제1항 또는 제3항에 따라 사업계획승인을 받으려는 자가 통합심의를 신청하는 경우 제1항 각 호와 관련된 서류를 첨부하여야 한다. 이 경우 사업계획승인권자는 통합심의를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 필요한 경우 제출기한을 정하여 제출하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.1.16>

④ 사업계획승인권자가 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장인 경우로서 시ㆍ도지사가 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 권한을 가진 경우에는 사업계획승인권자가 시ㆍ도지사에게 통합심의를 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2024.1.16>

⑤ 통합심의를 하는 지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 위원회 등에 속하고 해당 위원회 등의 장의 추천을 받은 위원 등과 사업계획승인권자가 속한 지방자치단체 및 제4항에 따라 통합심의를 하는 지방자치단체 소속 공무원으로 소집된 공동위원회를 구성하여 통합심의를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 공동위원회의 구성, 통합심의의 방법 및 절차에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2024.1.16, 2026.2.3>
