주택법 제85조(협회의 설립 등)

① 등록사업자는 주택건설사업 및 대지조성사업의 전문화와 주택산업의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 주택사업자단체를 설립할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 단체(이하 "협회"라 한다)는 법인으로 한다.

(2) An앤 organization오거너제이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 an앤 "association")어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 그 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

④ 이 법에 따라 국토교통부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시의 시장으로부터 영업의 정지처분을 받은 협회 회원의 권리ㆍ의무는 그 영업의 정지기간 중에는 정지되며, 등록사업자의 등록이 말소되거나 취소된 때에는 협회의 회원자격을 상실한다.
