국가는 피해자 및 유족의 생활안정과 복지증진을 위한 사업을 하거나 지뢰피해의 방지를 위한 조사ㆍ홍보ㆍ교육 등을 목적으로 활동하는 비영리법인 또는 단체에 대하여 위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 예산의 범위에서 사업비의 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
