Special Act on Support for Landmine Victims, Article 3 (Victim Support Deliberation Committee)

① 피해자 및 그 유족의 지원에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 국방부장관 소속으로 피해자 지원 심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

1. 피해자 또는 유족에의 해당 여부

2. 지뢰사고로 인한 피해의 사실 여부

3. 지뢰사고로 인한 피해의 과실 여부 및 정도에 관한 사항

② 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 국방부장관이 위촉 또는 임명하고 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선한다.

2. 피해자 및 유족의 지원 등의 업무와 관련된 공무원
