지방공무원 명예퇴직수당 등 지급 규정 제8조(명예퇴직수당지급대상자의 통지)

지방자치단체의 장과 지방의회의 의장은 제7조의 규정에 의하여 명예퇴직수당지급대상자를 결정한 때에는 즉시 그 결과를 소속기관의 장을 거쳐 신청인(제7조제1항 후단의 경우에는 「민법」에 따라 상속할 권리가 있는 사람을 말한다)에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.12.24, 2019.12.24, 2021.11.30>
