지방세법 시행령 제33조(신고 및 납부)

① 법 제20조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 취득세를 신고하려는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 신고서에 취득물건, 취득일 및 용도 등을 적어 납세지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2016.12.30, 2017.7.26>

③ 지방자치단체의 금고 또는 지방세수납대행기관(「지방회계법 시행령」 제49조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 지방자치단체 금고업무의 일부를 대행하는 금융회사 등을 말한다. 이하 같다)은 취득세를 납부받으면 납세자 보관용 영수필 통지서, 취득세 영수필 통지서(등기ㆍ등록관서의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 통보용) 및 취득세 영수필 확인서 각 1부를 납세자에게 내주고, 지체 없이 취득세 영수필 통지서(시ㆍ군ㆍ구 보관용) 1부를 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 세입징수관에게 송부하여야 한다. 다만, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따라 행정기관 간에 취득세 납부사실을 전자적으로 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 납세자에게 납세자 보관용 영수필 통지서를 교부하는 것으로 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2011.12.31, 2016.11.29, 2016.12.30>
