지방자치법 시행령 제123조(특례심의위원회의 회의 등)

① 위원장은 특례심의위원회의 회의를 각자 소집하며, 공동으로 의장이 된다.

② 특례심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Special스페실 Provisions프^r러^v비전즈 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 제122조와 이 조에서 규정한 사항 외에 특례심의위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 특례심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
