지방회계법 시행령 제32조(자금 배정)

지방자치단체의 장은 예산이 성립되면 「지방재정법 시행령」 제56조에 따른 예산배정계획에 따라 월별 또는 분기별로 자금배정계획을 수립하여 지출원이 설치된 기관별로 지출한도액을 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 예산의 집행상 자금의 추가배정이 긴급히 필요하거나 자금운용상 불가피하다고 판단되는 경우에는 수시로 배정할 수 있다.
