집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제49조(재건축에 관한 합의)

재건축 결의에 찬성한 각 구분소유자, 재건축 결의 내용에 따른 재건축에 참가할 뜻을 회답한 각 구분소유자 및 구분소유권 또는 대지사용권을 매수한 각 매수지정자(이들의 승계인을 포함한다)는 재건축 결의 내용에 따른 재건축에 합의한 것으로 본다.
