Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings, Article 54 (Matters to Be Registered in the Building Register)

① 1동의 건물을 표시할 용지에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 등록하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.2.4>

③ 제2항제4호의 경우에 부속건물이 그 전유부분과 다른 별채의 건물이거나 별채인 1동의 건물을 구분한 것일 때에는 그 1동의 건물의 소재지, 지번, 번호, 종류, 구조 및 면적을 등록하여야 한다.

④ 제3항의 경우에 건물의 표시 및 소유자의 표시에 관한 사항을 등록할 때에는 원인 및 그 연월일과 등록연월일을 적어야 한다.

⑤ 제3조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 공용부분의 등록에 관하여는 제2항과 제4항을 준용한다. 이 경우 그 건물의 표시란에 공용부분이라는 취지를 등록한다.
