책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제18조(임용권자)

중앙행정기관의 장은 「국가공무원법」 제32조제1항 및 제2항, 그 밖의 공무원 인사 관계 법령에도 불구하고 소속책임운영기관 소속 공무원에 대한 일체의 임용권을 가진다. 이 경우 중앙행정기관의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 임용권의 일부를 기관장에게 위임할 수 있다.
