책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제37조(예산의 이월)

① 매 회계연도의 특별회계 또는 일반회계 세출예산 중 부득이한 사유로 그 회계연도 내에 지출하지 못한 경상적 성격의 경비는 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 다음 회계연도에 이월(移越)하여 사용할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 경우에는 「국가재정법」 제48조제4항ㆍ제7항을 준용한다.
