초ㆍ중등교육법 제29조의2(교육 자료)

① 이 법에서 "교육 자료"란 교과용 도서 외에 학교에서 교육과정을 운영하기 위하여 사용하는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 것을 말한다.

② 학교의 장은 제1항제2호에 따른 학습지원 소프트웨어를 교육 자료로 선정하려는 경우 교육부장관이 「개인정보 보호법」 제7조에 따른 개인정보 보호위원회와 협의하여 정하는 기준에 따라야 하며, 제32조제1항에 따라 학교운영위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
