Special Act on Disaster Management of Super High-Rise and Underground-Linked Complex Buildings, Article 12 (Appointment of General Disaster Managers, etc.)

① 초고층 건축물등의 관리주체는 다음 각 호의 업무를 총괄ㆍ관리하게 하기 위하여 총괄재난관리자를 선임하여야 한다. 이 경우 총괄재난관리자는 다른 법령에 따른 안전관리자를 겸직할 수 없다. <개정 2024.2.13>
