Special Act on Disaster Management of Super High-Rise and Underground-Linked Complex Buildings, Article 20-2 (Orders for Measures)

① 소방청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 관리주체에게 보완 또는 수리ㆍ개조 등 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다.

1. 제9조에 따른 재난예방 및 피해경감계획을 수립ㆍ시행하지 아니한 경우

4. 종합방재실이 제16조제4항에 따른 설치기준에 적합하지 아니한 경우
