태권도 진흥 및 태권도공원 조성 등에 관한 법률 제18조(공공시설의 우선 설치)

도로, 교량, 상ㆍ하수도, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 공공시설을 주관하는 관계 행정기관의 장은 공원 조성사업의 원활한 시행을 위하여 교통시설, 전력 및 상수도시설 등 공공시설을 우선적으로 설치할 수 있다. 다만, 관계 행정기관의 장은 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 해당 공공시설의 설치를 공원이 소재한 지방자치단체의 장에게 위임하거나 공공기관에 위탁하여 시행하게 할 수 있다.
