토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특별법 제17조(정보 공개 및 의견 수렴)

① 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 신청서가 접수된 토지이용 인ㆍ허가와 관련된 사항에 대하여 지역 주민 등 이해관계자가 다음 각 호의 위원회의 회의록(심의 일시ㆍ장소ㆍ안건ㆍ내용ㆍ결과 등을 기록한 것을 말한다)의 공개를 요청한 경우에는 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따른 비공개 대상 정보를 제외하고는 이를 공개하여야 한다.

② 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 신청ㆍ접수된 토지이용 인ㆍ허가와 관련하여 지역 주민 등으로부터 의견을 수렴하는 경우 공청회, 설명회 및 전자적인 방법 등으로 실시할 수 있다.
